1、電熱熔接：采用專用電熱熔焊機將直管與直管、直管與管件連接起來。一般多用于160mm以下管。
2、熱熔對接連接：采用專用的對接焊機管道連接起來，一般多用于160mm以上管。
3、鋼塑連接：可采用法蘭、螺紋絲扣等方法連接。
4、為方便施工和保證施工質量、還應準備相應的工具。如：旋轉切刀--切割管材；旋轉刮刀--刮除管子表面的氧化皮；爬壁刮刀--刮除大口徑管子表面的化皮；斷氣工具--實現斷氣現場操作。 |
1.Electric Hot Melting Connerction:adopts the special Electric Hot Melting Welder to connect the straight pipe with straight pipe,or connect the straight pipe with pipe fitting.Generally,it is used for the pipe as diameter is smaller than 160mm.
2.Hot Melting Butt Connectiong: adopts the special butt connection welder to connect the pipes.Generally,it is used for the pipe as diameter is larger than 160mm.
3.Plastic Steel Connections:may adopt the connecting method as flange,screw threaded etc.
4.In oder to provide convenience in construction and ensure the construction quality,should prepare the relative tools,Such as the rotary cutter--to cut pipe;the rotary scraper--to scrape the oxide coating on the surface of pipe;the climbing scraper--to scrape the oxide coating on the surface of larger diameter pipe;the gas cutting off tools--to implement the on-site operation of cutting off the gas. |
